1. Return, Replacement, and Refund Authorization
    No return, replacement, refund, or any other resolution will be processed without prior approval from the respective Restaurant Partner or vendor associated with the order.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Except for cases outlined below, refunds for charges related to the use of QuickShops’ platform services will not be provided upon order cancellation. Refunds will only be considered for cancellations arising from valid issues reported as per this policy.
  3. Complaints and Proof Requirement
    If you have any complaints regarding your order, including but not limited to food spillage, foreign objects in food, incorrect items delivered, poor quality, or any other discrepancies, you must provide valid proof (such as photos or videos) before any resolution such as return, replacement, or refund can be initiated.
  4. Instructions Compliance
    QuickShops and Restaurant Partners will strive to follow special instructions provided with the order on a best-effort basis. Refunds will not be granted if the instructions were not followed as intended by you.
  5. Refund Processing
    All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the order. If refunds are issued as credits or store wallet balance, these will be communicated accordingly. The refund amount reflected in your account will be subject to your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  6. Liquidated Damages for Unauthorized Cancellations
    You acknowledge that if you cancel an order or attempt to cancel for reasons not attributable to QuickShops, such as providing incorrect contact details, delivery address, or being unresponsive during delivery, this may be considered a breach of your authorization to place the order.
    In such cases, you may be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to components of the order cost related to the Restaurant Partner, delivery, and other involved parties. QuickShops reserves the right to recover such amounts by deducting from your future orders or through other appropriate channels.
  7. Order Cancellations by QuickShops or Partners
    If QuickShops, Restaurant Partner, or delivery service cancels your order due to technical issues, item unavailability, or other such reasons, no liquidated damages will be charged to you.
    If payment has been collected for the canceled order, the eligible amount will be refunded or credited as per the agreed terms.
